FAQ

What is included in the guide?
Each guide is a detailed digital PDF — real planning content, not a photo book: ride strategies and wait-time windows, ticket and Express Pass breakdowns, crowd and timing strategy, accessibility info, dining and hotel guides, and insider tips from Annual Passholders who visit these parks every week. Photos are included throughout for reference, but the substance is what you're paying for.

Is this an official Universal product?
No. Epic Park Tips is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Universal Orlando Resort.

How do I receive my guide after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link to access your guide instantly. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

I purchased a guide but haven't received it. What do I do?
Your guide is delivered instantly by email right after checkout — but occasionally it lands in spam or junk instead of your inbox. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check there first. Still nothing? Email us at info@epicparktips.com with your order number, and we'll get it resent right away.

What format is the guide?
The guide is a PDF file that can be viewed on any smartphone, tablet, or computer. You can also print it at home if you prefer.

Can I share the guide with others?

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the download link has been accessed.
